Where we ship Maison Amana ships within Canada.
Where it ships from Your order is dispatched directly from Canadian distribution centres in Laval (QC), Mississauga (ON), and Edmonton (AB) — so there are no customs fees and no border delays.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on all orders over $99 CAD
- A flat $10 CAD rate on orders under $99 — any size, any weight, any number of items
Processing time In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery Delivery time varies by destination. Remote and northern areas (Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon) may involve additional time and fees.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Damaged in transit Please inspect your order on arrival. If the box is clearly damaged, you may refuse delivery. To report transit damage, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
